1 lb beef, browned and drained
1 onion, browned with beef
2 c cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c fresh or frozen peas
(do not add water)
Salt
Pepper
1 pkg frozen tatertots

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except tatertots into a casserole dish. Spread tatertots evenly over the top of the casserole. Heat in oven at 350º for 45 minutes.

Variations: Corn or green beans can be used instead of peas.
