4 squares BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, broken into pieces
1 stick butter
1 ½ c sugar
½ c whole milk
½ c whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
⅓ t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place chocolate and butter in small saucepan and cook (stirring often) on med-low until butter and chocolate are completely melted.

Add sugar, milk and cream; stir until well blended and sauce is thickened and sugar is completely dissolved*. Stir in vanilla. Let cool before refrigerating.

The "completely dissolved" note is discretionary as Gramma Sue was known for her "crunchy" hot fudge sauce.
