2 c flour
½ c powdered sugar
¼ c butter
½ c margarine
4 eggs
6 T lemon juice
2 c sugar
½ tsp salt
4 T flour
2 tsp powdered sugar
grated rind of 2 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 2 c flour, and ½ c powdered sugar. Cut in butter/margarine.
Pat into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
Beat together eggs, lemon juice, 2 c sugar, ½ tsp salt. Beat until fluffy.

Fold in:
4 T flour, 2 tsp powdered sugar, and grated rind of 2 lemons.
Take hot crust out of oven and pour egg mixture over crust.
Return to oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350º.

Great Gram Dunne loved to share recipes. She always came up with fun and special names for her desserts like Ambrosial Delight. For some reason, this one didn't. I guess they speak for themselves.
