1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar firmly packed
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. siften flour
2 t. soda
1 t. salt
1 c. raisins bcut fine
2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream peanut butter and shortening until well combined. Add sugar and vanilla and cream well. Add eggs and beat well. Sift flour, soda and salt. Add raisins and dry ingredients, tolled oats and nuts to peanut butter mixture and mix well. Shape into rolls in wax paper and chill. Slice into 1/8 in. slices. Bake on cookie sheets 350F for 15 mins.
