1 c. oleo or butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 c. coconut
1½ c. oatmeal (old fashion)
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. craisins or any dried fruit
1 T. lemon peel
1 tsp orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl cream oleo, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and beat well. Add vanilla.

In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, coconut, oats, pecans,
raisins, lemon peel, and orange peel. Mix well. Add to cream mixture.

Drop by tsp on uncreased or parchment paper cookie sheets.


bake at 375º for 9-12 minutes
