2-3 lb any cut of lamb
1 large orange
2 apples (your choice)
2 large potatoes (unpeeled)
2 medium turnips
1 large onion
4 tbsp sugar (more or less)
2 tbsp Lawrey's Season Salt
2 tbsp curry powder
1/4 cup ReaLemon
3 tbsp worcestershire

Directions:
Pre-heat oven 275 degrees.
Remove excess fat from lamb cut(s).
Wash and quarter potatoes
Peel, core & quarter apples
Peel and quarter turnips - place potatoes, apples, and turnips in bottom of baking pan.
Pour worcestershire & ReaLemon in pan.
Sprinkle dry ingredients on lamb - rub into meat.
Balance cut of lamb on top of potatoes, turnips, & apples.
Thickly slice onion and orange (do not peel orange)
Place onion and orange slices on top of meat.
Lightly cover (tent) with aluminum foil.
Bake 275 deg. 1 1/2 hours. Increase temp. to 350 deg. for 45 min. to 1 hour. Remove foil - bake an additional 45 min.
Serve with mint jelly and other vegetable(s).
