3/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 oz. Semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking cocoa
1/8 tsp salt
3 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
4 oz. White baking chocolate, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the melted chocolate and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa and salt, gradually beat into the creamed mixture. Shape rounded tablespoons of dough into 2 inch logs. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Refrigerate, covered, for one hour.
Bake cookies at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes and edges are set. Cool before removing to wire racks.
In a microwave, melt the semisweet chocolate with the cream; stir until smooth. Dip each cookie halfway into chocolate; allow excess to drip pff. Place on waxed paper. In the microwave, melt the white chocolate, stir until smooth. Drizzle the cookies with the melted white chocolate. Let stand until set.
