3 ea Loaves of White Bread
2 ea Sticks of Margarine
3 ea Large Onions ( chopped )
1 bunch Celery ( chopped )
4 ea Chicken Bullion Cubes
4 ea Eggs
5 tsp Rubbed Sage
Salt Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut all the bread, including crust, into small cubes and laid out to dry. ( 1 to 2 days )
Sauté the onions and celery in the 2 sticks of margarine in pan and let cool
Dissolve 4 bullion cubes in 4 cups of hot water
In a large bowl, add 1/2 of the bread and pour some of the bullion water over the cubes. Mix by hand, crushing any large pieces of bread
Gradually add more bread, more bullion, more bread, more bullion until all the bread is moist from the bullion water ( NOT TOO MUSHY )
Add 4 unbeaten eggs
Add cooled Onions and Celery mix well
Add 5 tsp of sage, salt and pepper ( 5 or 6 shakes to begin with ), check raw product taste to identify if any additional is required
Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
Stuff turkey, right before roasting in a 325º oven

Put remainder in an 8" x 8" casserole dish and bake at 350º once turkey is removed.

This recipe is enough to stuff a 20 lb turkey and fill an 8" x 8" casserole dish
