1 can salmon
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mince the salmon; add crumbs, beaten eggs & milk. Add seasonings. Mix well. Bake in a well greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
