1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 1/3 - 1 1/2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and salt well; add flour to make stiff dough. Knead dough until stiff and elastic. Cover and let rest 15 minutes. Divide dough into 2 parts and roll out as thin as possible on floured board. Sprinkle sheets of dough with flour and let dry one hour or until deep gold. Cut into long strips. Drop into boiling salted water and cook 6 to 8 minutes. Drain. Serve with browned butter poured over noodles and tossed. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve immediately. Can also be put into soups and stews.
