1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons syrup
2 tablespoons flour
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites, beaten
about 3 cups milk
