1 lb seasoned pork or red sausage 1 lb sauerkraut (approx.) 1 (8 -10) oz package noodles
Cook noodles until just done and drain. Brown sausage and mix it with sauerkraut and noodles without draining the sausage. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Doesn't need seasoning as the seasoned sausage takes care of it.
