Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3/4 cup oleo or butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 egg yolk
2 Tbs. Cold water
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Baking soda
I tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Vanilla

Cream butter and sugars together. Then add egg yolks and water. Add dry ingredients followed by vanilla. Grease and flour large cookie sheet. Press dough onto the sheet. ( this is tricky as dough is a bit sticky, I keep putting my fingers in flour)
Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips.
Beat the 3 egg whites stiff and add 1 1/2 cups brown sugar. Spread on top. Bake 350° 20-25 minutes
