10 slices bread, buttered and sprinkled with cinnamon
8 eggs, beaten
4 c milk
2 c sugar
1 tsp

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Beat together eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla until well mixed
Arrange 1st layer of buttered bread slices on bottom of 13 x 9 pan, sprinkling each slice with amount of cinnamon desired
Pour enough egg/milk mixture to slightly cover layer.
Then place 2nd layer of buttered bread slices and again sprinkle with cinnamon
Pour remaining egg/milk mixture over top
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until firm
Serve hot with milk (if desired)
Great cold too!
Refrigerate left over bread pudding
