2¾ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar packed
½ cup sugar
2 eggs room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (or regular size)

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside
In a large bowl cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar together for 1-2 minutes.
Mix in eggs and vanilla until fully combined. Slowly add dry ingredients mix until combined, fold in chocolate chips. do not over mix.
Cover cookie dough and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350º
Once dough is chilled line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Using a 1.5 Tbsp cookie scoop, scoop dough onto cookie sheet. Leaving about 2 inches between each.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are lightly golden brown. Remove from oven and cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rake to complete cooling
