Ingredients:

1/4 cup minute rice - before cooked
1/3 cup bread crumbs (slightly soaked)
1 lb chop meat
4-5 tbsp margarine or butter
2 medium onions
1 egg
salt 1/2 tsp in meat + 1/2 tsp in sauce
raisins 15 in meat + 30 in the pot
lemon + sugar to taste or 3 tbsps lemon
3 tbsps sugar
1 lg cabbage
par boil cabbage for 10 mins put butter in pot + cut onion + sauté until golden

Directions:
1. Form balls + fold in leaves to form stuffed cabbage place in pot on top of the fried onions with some additional shredded cabbage
2. Cover with 1/2 jar Tomato juice + 1 small can of tomato sauce + a little water (2 small cans)
3. Simmer 1 hour or so
* all measurements are using a regular tablespoon

p.s in chop meat filling I put some raw onion (grated) also and it big spoons with the long handle of the sweet + sorted sauce
