Ingredients:  
2 loaves of bread..toasted,dried and broken into pieces. Dry for 24 hrs.
1 bunch celery sliced
1-2 chopped onions (medium)
Sauté celery and onions in one stick of butter, then let cool
Add salt and pepper to taste, add all this to breadcrumbs

Add:
1 beaten egg to
1 can cream of mushroom soup, with 1 can water or broth
Add
Sage to taste (Usually 1 to 3 tablespoons)

Mix all together and let set overnight. in the refrigerator
Stuff turkey in the AM and enjoy!

Scott and I have used this recipe every year since 2003 while hosting Friends and Family for Thanksgiving. It’s a big hit!
