1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
½ tsp. salt, scant
1 beaten egg
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. In a separate bowl combine egg, milk and oil; add to the dry ingredients, stirring just until flour is moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Bake on a hot griddle or pan.
