1 lg loaf of bread
2 eggs
1/4 c onions, chopped
1/4 c celery, chopped
2 sticks of butter
1 c milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 T poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread into small pieces. Add the seasonings to the torn bread pieces. Cook onion and celery in butter. Whisk egg and milk together. Add the milk mixture and the onion and celery to the bread. Mix lightly, just till all the bread is moistened.

Line a pan with foil greased with butter. Put in the dressing. add a little water in between the foil in the pan to help keep it moist. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for about an hour.

The last 10 min or so, remove the top foil to brown the dressing a bit.
