1 lb Ground Pork
1 T Garlic Salt

That's it!

Mix it all together well. Shape into small balls. Put in a large kettle and cover with water. Boil for about 20-25 min or so till they are cooked through. Remove from heat and leave in the liquid.

I usually salt my liquid to taste after they are cooked.

These freeze well. Just don't take out of the liquid.
