¾ cup shortening
¾ cup sifted confectioners sugar
2 Tbs peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp almond extract
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the shortening and add sugar slowly. Stir in peanut butter, egg and extracts. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Use either a cookie press or make different "shapes" with your hands.
10-12 minutes at 400ºF.
