4 Cups flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 T baking powder
2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter (room temp)
2 eggs
1 T vanilla
1/4 cup of water
Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 T milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and all other ingredients together, when dough resembles a ball take it out of the bowl and knead it until it's the right texture then rest the dough for at least 20 minutes.
Cookies should resemble an "S" put on a prepared cookie sheet pastry cutter might be advisable.
Bake 350º for 5 minutes then 5 mins cool (directions are not clear so you'll have to be the judge of the cookie and time in the oven).
Make frosting and dip the cookies in then put on a wire rack to dry.
