1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. milk with 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2-3 bananas - ripe and mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar. Add bananas, then mix in vanilla. In a separate bowl mix flour, soda, powder and salt. Alternate the milk with lemon and the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Finally, add chocolate chips. Pour batter into a greased muffin tin or a bundt pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
