1.5 lbs. cubed beef
2 c chopped onion
3 c green pepper (optional)
1 can tomato paste
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c ciderr vinegar
2 T. chili powder
2 T. salt (optional)
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 T. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a crock pot, except meat. Then add meat. You can use already cooked left over meat. Cook 8 hours on high in crock pot. Serve on a toasted onion roll, over mashed potatoes, noodles or brown rice.
