1 LB ground beef
1 LB ground pork
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
3 tsp paprika
1 cup cooked rice
2 garlic cloves chopped
1 medium onion chopped

Sauce
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 can tomato soup
1 or 2 cans sauerkraut
2 cans of diced tomatoes roasted hot type

1 to 2 heads of cabbage


Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in olive oil
Add meats and spices and brown (mixing the beef and pork with the spices).
Drain meat and put in a bowl and stir in cooked riced
Combine all of the sauce ingredients into a pot
Remove core from cabbage
Steam cabbage in a pot of boiling water until leaves wilt.
Separate the leaves and place 1/2 to 1 cup of mixture in cabbage leaves
Fold sides and role (can use a toothpick to secure ends)
Place cabbage roles and sauce in a crock pot (put sauce around, under and on top of cabbage rolls). Cook for about an hour or two in crock pot.
