Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cups chopped dates
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup medium coconut
½ cup sugar
2 cups puffed rice (cereal)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dates, sugar and eggs in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until mixture is thick and dates are well mixed. Set aside to cool. Place rice puffs on cookie sheet and toast 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Add rice puffs to cooled date mixture. Form mixture into balls and roll in coconut. Refrigerate.
