4 Lasagne noadles
1 (12 oz) package frozen shrimp, shelled and deveined
¼ cup minced celery
1 TBS butter
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup chicken broth
¾ cup whipping cream
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Lasagne and shrimp according to package directions. Drain. Cut Lasagne in half and chop shrimp. Saute celery in 1 TBS butter. Set aside. Melt ¼ cup butter; stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add broth and bring to a boil stirring constantly; cook for 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat and add cream and lemon juice. Check seasoning. Blend ½ cup sauce with shrimp and celery. Put a generous spoonful of stuffing on each lasagne half and fold ends over mixture. Arrange; fold down, in a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Cover with remaining sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
