Ingredients:  
4 cups (approximately) spareribs (individual cut as for sweet and sour).
1 large onion, chopped, and 2 TBS paptika (saute, then add rest of ingredients).
3 cups water
Bring to a boil and simmer for about 2 hours. Serve over homemade macaroni.

Macaroni:
3 eggs
¾ cup water
½2 tsp salt
2 ¼ cups flour

Mix all ingredients well. Let dough rest for half hour of so. Mix again.
Holding bowl of dough in one hand take about tsp full of dough and drop into boiling salted water. Cook for about 10 minutes. Drain. Brown a bit of butter in pot and add cooked macaroni. Very good with stew.
