2¼ Cups Flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup soft butter
1 cup molasses
1 egg
1 cup apple sauce
¾ cup raisins
1½ tablespoon lemon juice
¾ cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients.
Cut in butter.
Add molasses, egg and applesauce
Beat well
Stir in raisins

Bake in a greased, floured 8-inch square pan
350º for 40-45 minutes

Glaze: 1½ tablespoon lemon juice
¾ cup powdered sugar
