1 Box Lemon Cake Mix
1/3 Cup Butter, softened
1/4 Cup Shortening
1-2 Eggs

Directions:
Beat cake mix, butter, shortening and 1 egg (2 if needed) for 1 minute.
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet 2" apart.
Bake in 350° oven for approximately 7-10 minutes until light brown around the edges.
Cool completely.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost if desired.
