1 1/2 Cups Crisco Shortening
3/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 room temperature eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon corn starch
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
3 3/4 cup flour
1 bag of chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Combine Crisco, sugar and brown sugar together
Mix in Eggs and vanilla
Add baking soda, corn starch, and salt, Mix together
In separate bowl add flour
Slowly add flour and mix together
scrape bowl and mixing beater
mix again for a minute
Add chocolate chips and hand mix
Refrigerate dough 1-2 hours (not necessary)
spoon onto greased baking sheet
Bake at 350 for 9 to 12 minutes depending on size of cookies
