Ingredients:  
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and egg together.
Add baking soda, vanilla, and flour. Mix until combined.
Chill, then roll out on dusted surface. Cut with cookie cutter.
Bake until brown on the bottom.
