1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, slightly drained

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs, beaten

2 tbsp. flour

5 tbsp. butter, melted

2 cups white bread, cubed (Hawaiian bread works very well)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine bread cubes and melted butter in a large bowl.

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients. Add to bread cube mixture and mix together.

Pour into greased 1.5 to 2 qt. baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
