Ingredients:  
12 cups of flour
2 1/2 cups of sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ground cloves
Blend all dry ingredients above.

In a separate bowl blend:
9 eggs
2 cups of Crisco
Blend well
Fold into mixture:
1 16 oz bag chopped walnuts
1 16 oz bag chocolate chips

In a separate bowl mix:
1 1/2 cups of cocoa
1 tsp instant coffee (dry)
2 tsp vanilla
in 2 cups of lukewarm water

Add all ingredients together. Mix well until you see 0 white.
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350ºF for 12-15 minutes

Icing
1 lb box of confectionary sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp anise
Add milk as needed for consistency

Blend dry ingredients, the egg/Crisco and chocolate chip/walnut ingredients, and the cocoa/coffee liquid in three separate bowls before blending together. Blend until you see no white.
