Pastry for a 10-inch pie plate
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
½ cup chopped onion
1Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 oz.)
½ cup milk
2 cups chopped turkey or chicken, previously cooked
1 cup cooked vegetables - usually used potatoes, peas and carrots
½ tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper

In a skillet, sauté onions and green pepper in butter. Add all the other ingredients and simmer a few minutes. Pour the mixture into the prepared greased pie plate.
Roll the pastry into an 11-inch circle, make slots in the center for steam to escape. Place pastry over the pie filling and seal the edges. Bake at 400º for 20 - 25 minutes.

When I made this I found the liquid needed thickening. I added 1-2 Tbsp. of corn starch while simmering. Be sure you have enough veggies to fill the plate quite full.
It might be a good idea to put your pie plate on a tray in case of overflow!! Yummy!!
