2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk (not sweetened)
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. salted peanuts
1/2 c. vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, milk, chocolate chips, and butter for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and cool. Mix crushed Oreos and butter. Pat into 9x13" pan. Spread softened ice cream over cookie crust. Sprinkle peanuts over ice cream. Pour the cooled fudge syrup over peanuts. MAKE SURE the fudge is cool, otherwise the ice cream WILL melt. Keep in freezer.

HINT: For half gallon of ice cream, take a new rectangle container ice cream and cut in half to place on top of crust.
