Ingredients:
You can add more or less of any of these ingredients:

2 lbs Ground Chuck
1 bottle (46oz) V8
2 large cans (23oz) Bush's Pinto Beans
2 16oz cans Black Beans
2 cans Corn (or Mexicorn)
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 can Stewed Tomatoes (I cut them up a little before adding)
½ packet Taco Seasoning (+/-)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger, drain and move to a large pot or crock pot. Drain and rinse the black beans and corn. Add everything to the pot and return to heat (put the V8 in last so things don't splash as bad) After everything gets heated up you may want to add more seasoning (I usually just add some cumin). Let soup simmer for about 20 or 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve with tortilla chips, grated cheese, and a dollop of sour cream!

Personal Notes:
This recipe feeds an army! It's not too spicy and the kids love it, even the little ones. Leftovers freeze well for an easy hot meal on a cold day.
