1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream

Topping and filling
1/2 cup nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 Tablespoons melted butter
2 Tablespoons flour
1 tsp. tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 by 9 inch pan.

2. In a large bowl ,beat butter, add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat one at a time.

3. Mix flour, soda, salt, baking powder together and add to batter and beat lightly. Stir in vanilla and sour cream.

4. Pour half of batter in pan and sprinkle with half of nut mixture. Pour rest of batter on top and spread carefully. Add the rest of nut mixture on top. Put in oven and bake for 45 minutes.
