3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 cup shredded cheese
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey

Mix all ingredients together. Press into a loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350º.
