2 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 (6oz) cans tomato paste
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp chili powder
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, green pepper, and celery. Cook ground beef. Combine all ingredients and simmer. Enjoy!
