2 pkg lime jello (3 oz)
2 pkg lemon jello (3 oz)
2 cups hot water
2 cups cold water
2 tsp vinegar
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 jar maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water, add cold water, vinegar and reserved pineapple juice.

Mix well and pour in 9" x 13" glass baking dish to fill to ½" mark. Save remaining jello for cream cheese mixture.

Refrigerate, let jello mixture fully set.

Mix cream cheese, crushed pineapple and remaining jello mixture, refrigerate while jello is setting.

Once jello is set, evenly space maraschino cherries across top of jello (about 16-20 cherries) and gently poke them to the bottom of the pan.

Gently spread cream cheese mixture over top of jello, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
