1 pkg. golden Cake Mix
1/2 cup Oil
4 Eggs
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin Oranges

Frosting:

1 (8 or 20 oz.) can crushed Pineapple
1 ctn. dairy Cool Whip (small or large)
1 small pkg. Instant Pudding (lemon or vanilla)

Directions:
Cake: Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, and oranges with juice. Blend for 3 to 4 minutes with mixer, being sure oranges are well blended. Pour into greased 9X13 inch or jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, then cool.

Icing: Pour pineapple and juice in a bowl. Add pudding. Mix and blend by hand. Stir in Cool Whip till well blended. Spread icing on cake and serve chilled, or keep icing cold and serve as you serve the cake. Delicious!
