beef stock

Directions:
Heat some oil in a skillet and cook a diced onion until translucent. Add and brown your hamburger. Season with spices, salt, pepper, garlic. When just about done, move meat to outside of pan, leaving juices in center. Add some flour to make a quick roux. Cook down the flour for a few minutes, stirring +/- 1 cup of beef stock. (can be more or less depending on the amount of gravy you need) This will make the gravy. Taste and add seasoning as you see fit. Add in some veggies. Peas, carrots, corm etc. Frozen is fine, because you will bake it.

Next make your bisquick drop based off of the back of the box. Drop by the spoonful's on top of the meat and veggie mixture. Bake at 425º for 10-12 minutes!

Personal Notes:
This one is a recipe that I remember Grandma making often, but I could not find a recipe card. So I improvised and phoned a friend. Thanks Megan!!
