1 beaten egg
1 T. milk
½ tsp. salt
Flour - enough to make a stiff dough (approximately 1 cup)

If you want to make these for a crowd:

3 beaten eggs
1 ½ tsp. salt
3 c. flour (or a little less)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Add enough sifted all purpose flour to make a stiff dough. Roll very thin on a floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes. Roll up loosely; slice ¼ nch wide; unroll, spread out and let dry 2 hours. (If desired, store in container until needed.)

Drop into boiling soup or boiling, salted water and cook uncovered about 10 minutes.
