1 c brown sugar
1 c mayo
2 tsp vanilla or lemon juice
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 pecans chopped
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix sugar, mayo, and vanilla until well blended. Stir together the flour and baking powder; add four mixture and 1 c pecans to the sugar mixture. Press into a well greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle the remaining pecans onto the dough.

Bake in preheated 350º oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Note cookies are soft while hot, but firm when they are cool.
