2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
15 oz Ricotta
2 tsp Vanilla
2 eggs
4 cups flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp milk
Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and butter about 5 minutes, reduce speed, add ricotta, vanilla, eggs. Add flour, baking powder, salt. Mix until smooth.

Drop dough by level tablespoons 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes at 325 degrees.

When cool apply icing;
Mix powdered sugar and milk

Top with decorative sugar or candied cherry
