Cake:
2 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 c. Butter
4 tbsp. Cocoa
½ c. Water
2 Eggs
1 c. Buttermilk
1 tsp. Vanilla

Frosting:
1 stick Butter
4 tbsp. Cocoa
6 tbsp. Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1 box Powdered Sugar
¾ c. Pecans

Cake:
Preheat oven to 375ºf. Mix flour, sugar, and baking soda in a large bowl. Set aside. In a large sauce pan, combine butter cocoa and water, bring to a boil stirring constantly. Pour over ingredients. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Mix completely and pour into a 9x13 cake pan.
Bake at 375 for 25 min or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven.
Poke a few holes in it with a fork and pour frosting over the cake immediately.

Frosting:
In a saucepan, bring butter, cocoa, milk, and vanilla just to a boil. Add sugar and pecans. Mix thoroughly. Pour on cake while both are hot.
