5 - 6 large baking apples
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbs. water (only if apples not juicy)
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1-2 tbs. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice apples into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Add the water only if apples are not juicy. Then, combine the brown sugar, flour and margarine to make a small crumb mixture. Sprinkle this topping over the apples. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Best served warm.
