4 red peppers
1 sweet onion
1.5 lbs of hamburger
marinara sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1) Core and cut the red peppers length wise so you have 8 peppers to stuff
2) Save parts of the tops so you can add those to the onions
3) Chop the sweet onion and the pepper pieces
4) Sauteë in a large skillet and set aside
5) Place hamburger in the pan to cook, stirring frequently. Be sure not to burn
6) Add back the onions and the peppers, add the marinara sauce
7) Generously stuff the pepper halfs and then top with more maranara sauce

Cutting anc cleaning peppers 20 minutes, prepaing stuffing 30 minutes, stuffing peppers 10 minutes

Bake them covered with foil at 375º for about 15 minutes
Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes
