1 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
5 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg to the cream mixture.
Add the sour cream to the mixture and mix well.
Roll to 1/4 Inch thick.
Place on a greased cookie sheet
Bake 425º for 5-8 minutes.
